The novel coronavirus has hit the world pretty hard, and now we need to stay vigilant in order to protect ourselves and the people we care about. In order to do that, we need a reliable tool which can keep us informed about this pandemic. Presenting, SARS COV-2 Monitor, a web application built using React.js to track the spread of this virus and get latest news updates on everything related to this health crisis.
The web app relies on a third party API to get latest data every time an user visits the website. Various graphs and charts make it very easy and intuitive for the users to visualize the data. The full website is being hosted on firebase, which is a fast and reliable server with google’s support, to ensure reliability and availability of this website at all times.
